Invisalign® Clear Braces Steps
3 Steps 1 Perfect Smile
Step 1: Meet doctor.
Using the state-of-the-art iTero Element™ scanner, your doctor will quickly and accurately create a detailed 3D scan of your current smile and create a personalized treatment plan for your new smile, so you know exactly what to expect every step of the way. You’ll even get a preview of what your new smile will look like.
Step 2 Begin your smile transformation
When you pick up your first set of Invisalign® aligners, your doctor will examine them to make sure they fit and are comfortable to wear. Your doctor will schedule regular dental checkups to get you a new set of aligners and monitor the progress of your new smile. During the transition process, you’ll need to change aligners frequently.
Step 3: Take care of your new smile.
As with all types of orthodontics, including braces, once you’ve completed Invisalign treatment, you’ll wear retainers to help straighten your teeth. Your doctor will provide you with a custom-made Vivera™ retainer, which uses the same technology as Invisalign® aligners and other retainers.
